general availability. In the meantime, the essentials of how DialMCP handles data:
- Your phone number is used as your identity and verified caller ID; it is never sold or shared for marketing.
- Calls are recorded and transcribed to deliver the product (transcripts, recordings, and outcomes back to your agent) and for compliance auditing.
- Recordings and transcripts are retained under your account and accessible only via authenticated, signed links.
- Numbers on the do-not-call list are stored permanently so the opt-out can be honored.
